What makes you so enthusiastic about your job at Warsteiner?

It is certainly the creed of our company and culture with its long family tradition, strong brands and, last but on least, a great team! Our products represent “Pure Emotions” and can only be compared with a few select goods. In the Warsteiner Group, we have many fantastic attributes and references that make us proud. And particularly in sales, this enthusiasm is crucial, since we pass it on to our customers. You can compare it to the love of a fan for his/her soccer club, but in my case, I can directly participate in the game. For my career, it is great that the Warsteiner Group offers so many opportunities for personal development. Both nationally and abroad – the talents of the employees are being promoted. No one stands still, but enjoys real opportunities for development in a work environment with an open mind-set -that inspires me.

What is important for you in your work?

A positive team spirit with a comprehensive, cross-departmental vision towards our goals. Even if in times of a potential set-back, look forward and continue working on the tasks at hand with optimism and focus. Furthermore, based on my own experiences, I believe it is important to promote your employees and give them specific responsibilities. In my opinion, a good mix of “young and old” is very valuable to see certain aspects from different perspectives.

What is important for you in your work environment?

Due to my various positions within the group, from regional to national and international, I had the opportunity to get to know many colleagues. In addition to my work for the Warsteiner and Frankenheim Breweries, I gained insight into our WD subsidiaries Kamphenkel and Krietemeyer. Today, I am working for Warsteiner International and have already learned a lot from this team which I greatly appreciate. For me, it is just part of the job to learn from one another and to constantly improve. We have great employees who work with tremendous enthusiasm and passion in their particular field. As I mentioned above, this identification is definitely part of it, but also the responsibility and effort that are connected with it. Plus, I very much appreciate the familiar atmosphere and our open, easy-going interaction with each other.
