Compliance

You can access the Haus Cramer Group’s whistleblower system here.

Employees and external third parties can use the whistleblower system to report offences in accordance with Section 2 whistleblower protection act. These include, in particular, criminal offences, administrative offences (insofar as they relate to the protection of life, body or health or the protection of the rights of employees or their representatives), violations of certain other legal provisions (including: Anti-money laundering regulations, product safety requirements, data protection).

You can access the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act complaints system of the Haus Cramer Group here.

In order to ensure that the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) is complied with both within our company and along our supply chain, we have introduced a system for receiving complaints. This procedure makes it possible to submit information regarding potential human rights (e.g. child labour, inadequate occupational health and safety) and environmental risks (e.g. use of prohibited chemicals) in relation to the supply chains in accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act.
